Hotel Sole Malcesine

Ate well in the restaurant and enjoyed the view. Hotel located in a great area with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and visits to nearby cities. Cons: The air conditioning in the room was just for show, or maybe it was waiting for a special occasion to work.

The hotel had a beautiful decoration with a touch of elegance that made me feel at home. The general areas were well-maintained and easy to navigate, perfect for senior people like myself. The accessibility was commendable, with ramps and handrails in place to ensure a comfortable stay for older guests. It was lovely to see that they had taken these considerations into account.

I would have asked for more attentive and respectful service from the children working there, especially towards senior guests.

A basic Hotel offering dated but clean rooms. Bus stop immediately outside- very convenient if you needed it.

The breakfast was extremely basic with not as much as a toaster. Tinned fruit salad with meats cheese and rolls. The cereal was left permanently uncovered so apart from going stale risked any creatures finding a home! The pool was open and on our last day the cleaner was in use but the pool was covered in a white algae type stuff and the filtering system was not in use so I never chanced it. I would definietly return to the Malcesine area as its a beautiful place but I would not use or recommend Hotel Sole.

The Panorama Room at Hotel Sole Malcesine is absolutely breathtaking! The balcony overlooking Lake Garda is the perfect spot to soak in the stunning beauty of the surroundings. As a lover of nature and tranquility, I felt so at peace and connected to the serene atmosphere here.

One minor thing - some people might find the lack of a mini-fridge a bit inconvenient. But hey, it's just my opinion!

Excellent Location. Look for Nevine and not Malcesine as it is a few km out.

I think it should be rated 3 star and not 4. Our room was in the attic with a low ceiling and restricted view of the lake unless you are atleast 6 feet in height because of a restricting wall. We had booked for only one night otherwise it would have been a difficult stay. Perhaps rooms in other floors may be more spacious.

Great location with easy access to Lake Garda through hotel's underpass. Convenient bus stop for trips to Malcesine and Riva de Garda. Friendly and helpful staff. Well-maintained rooms with lovely views. Enjoyed the unlimited food and drink options at reasonable prices.

our stay at sole exceeded our expectations. the stunning views from the restaurant were a highlight, along with the friendly staff and convenient bus stop right in front of the hotel. the rooms were spacious and newly revamped, and the unlimited food and drinks at a great price were a bonus.

The only downside for me was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak. But hey, some people might enjoy disconnecting and fully immersing themselves in the tranquility of the place.

The location of the hotel was great, just a few meters from the lake, with stunning views and a bus stop right outside the door that can take you to the nearby town. the breakfast was also very nice, with a wide assortment of food to fill up for the day ahead.

The parking was small and hard to maneuver in, definitely not recommended. the air conditioning was an inconvenience, as you had to take the remote to the reception every time you wanted to change the temperature.

The hotel's location was perfect, right opposite the beach and connected by a nice footpath. The basic amenities provided were great, with rooms equipped with air conditioning and a comfortable double bed. The breakfast offered was satisfying, providing a good start to the day.

No improvements needed.
